Contemporary dance workshop for kids
Body is language. The intention, emotion and musicality of the body are transformed into tools of expression and creation. The workshop “The Poetics of Body Expression” is an empirical exploration of our expressive possibilities through movement. Through guided improvisation, participants are invited to discover new ways of connecting with their body and to explore different qualities of movement and expression. The workshop opens a space of experimentation, where the body becomes expression, musicality emerges naturally and intention activates action. The workshop is addressed to all ages and levels of experience, offering a deep yet free exploration of movement and self-expression.
