Thank you for your interest in the open call for proposals for the 33rd Kalamata International Dance Festival!
The submission period for proposals will remain open until 31 October 2026 at 12:00 CET. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
The open call concerns exclusively completed dance works, not works in progress or proposals for new commissions. Proposals from international companies must concern works that will be presented for the first time at the Kalamata International Dance Festival and have not been, nor will be, presented elsewhere in Greece during the same year. If this is already the case, or if the opportunity to present the work elsewhere in Greece arises subsequently, the Festival must be informed in advance.
Please note that, due to the large number of applications received, we will not be able to contact all teams individually or provide substantive feedback. The Festival will contact only the companies with which it is considering a possible collaboration, no later than the end of 2026.
