SANIA STRIMPAKOU

WORKSHOP FOR TODDLERS AND THEIR PARENTS

About the workshop

Stories, images, kinetic games, and various materials that stimulate the senses and spark curiosity in both children and parents will serve as the starting point for a movement event. The group dynamics will offer a safe and supportive environment in which we will cultivate self-confidence, initiative, spatial awareness, balance, and physical strength. Music, ever-present, will accompany and inspire the creation of a unique improvised performance, where we will all be dancers and spectators at once.

Children’s ages: 3–5 years
Maximum number of participants: 10 families
Recommended ratio: one child – one parent
Note: Each child must be accompanied by one of their parents. Accompaniment by an adult who is not the child’s parent is not permitted.
The workshop will be conducted in Greek.
