KDF KEEP DANCING
Keep Dancing educational programme for school students
In the interest of prioritizing the education of school students from the wider region of Kalamata and expanding its activities throughout the year, the Kalamata Dance Festival inaugurated in 2018-2019 the Keep Dancing educational programme, which continues to this day.
Organized in collaboration with the Kalamata Municipal Dance School, the programme comprises workshops for junior high and high school students taught by renowned dance instructors from Greece and abroad.
The programme aims to provide educational workshops by guest teachers on a regular basis, to ensure high quality educational content, to feed the city’s budding artists with important stimuli, and to support talent in the city and its wider region.
