<\/span>\u03a0\u03b5\u03c1\u03b9\u03b3\u03c1\u03b1\u03c6\u03ae<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text css_animation=”zoomIn” css=””]The Greek National Opera\u2019s Professional Dance School<\/strong> presents the performance \u039cetamorphosis<\/em>, under the guidance of its Director of Studies, Yorghos Matskaris. The school\u2019s students will challenge themselves with a demanding diptych of modern dance, featuring choreographies by Cyril Baldy<\/strong> and Jes\u00fas Rubio Gamo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The internationally distinguished French dancer and choreographer, Cyril Baldy, revisits his choreography, With Love and All That, which was first performed at the Conservatoire National Sup\u00e9rieur de Paris. Starting from classical ballet, With Love and All That \u2013 ACT II<\/em> explores the essence of dance, drawing on classical ballet as a foundation to shape thoughtful, carefully constructed choreographic landscapes. Originally conceived as a three-act work, it focuses on dynamic group formations\u2014an expanded field of collective movement where structure, momentum, and shifting spatial patterns drive the choreography. The piece reconnects with the raw, expressive power of movement, offering a contemporary approach to ballet\u2019s timeless beauty.<\/p>\n

The internationally acclaimed Spanish choreographer Jes\u00fas Rubio Gamo leaves his mark on the revival of an excerpt from his work Gran Bolero<\/em>. Awarded the MAX Prize (Spain\u2019s top performing arts award) for Best Dance Show in 2020, Gran Bolero<\/em> is an intense piece\u2014an ode to hope and to dance itself. Lightness contends with gravity on a fine line between pleasure and exhaustion. It is a dance that celebrates the time and space we share.<\/p>\n
