Lívia Balážová MM

About the workshop

Lívia Balážová MM’s Mindcross is a practice that focuses on three main goals: developing a playful mind, developing a colorful imagination, and discovering one’s inner creature. The playful mind is always in a creative state and is achieved through games that open new channels for learning and developing social skills through interaction, negotiation and resolution. The colorful imagination is the guide for authentic movement, in which we explore the sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste of the world surrounding us and the world of our imagination. The inner creature is born in an environment without judgment that allows the instinct to take over stereotyped thoughts and movements.
