EIRINI APOSTOLATOU

ANAVRA

About the performance

Anavra is a solo dance-theatre performance that explores existential themes, along with the deep search for a primary body without acquired characteristics. It outlines the inner journey of the human soul, creating a powerful structure, a rhythmic sequence in music and aesthetics that subconsciously draws the audience into the most hidden meanings of existence. A delirious monologue is linked to movement; they complement each other and coexist on stage. Their core has to do with the truth of the soul and with the way it will find the means to be expressed through the body.

Admission to all Kalamata Main Square performances and side events is free for all.
