NEFELI ASTERIOU

AND OTHER SYMBOLS

About the performance

The solo performance And other symbols is a piece that examines childhood, femininity and masculinity. It questions the resonance that these aspects have in physical expression and uses them in order to articulate a choreographic identity. The body floats between images, symbols and assimilated practices, trying to unite the inside and outside space and connect with the music.
